3. Children and Household Safety

Keep children, pets, and bystanders away from the operating area. Store the equipment securely and out of reach of children. Keep small parts, hardware, packaging materials, and tools away from children.

Packaging materials should be disposed of safely after unpacking.

4. Product Care

Follow all care instructions provided with the product. Clean the equipment after use and inspect for damaged parts, loose fasteners, or worn blades. Do not use harsh cleaning chemicals unless the product is designed for such conditions.

5. Product Recalls and Safety Notices

If we become aware of a product recall, safety notice, or corrective action affecting a product sold by us, we may contact affected customers using the contact information provided at purchase.

We may also provide instructions regarding repair, replacement, refund, disposal, or other corrective action.

6. Reporting Safety Concerns

Please include your order number, product name, description of the safety concern, photos or videos, and product labels, batch numbers, or identifying information if available.

7. EU Product Safety Information

For products sold to consumers in the European Union, applicable product safety, manufacturer, importer, responsible economic operator, warning, and traceability information should be provided on the product, packaging, accompanying documentation, product page, or upon request where required by applicable law.
